I have held a Real Estate License, for nearly twenty years in the states of California & Massachusetts. I have had the pleasure to work with such companies as Century 21 Coast Properties (Hermosa Beach, CA), South Bay Brokers (Manhattan Beach, CA), The DeWolfe Companies (Boston, MA), Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (Boston, MA), Century 21 Shawmut Properties (Boston, MA) as VP, Sales Manager and now currently working for RE/MAX Landmark, Realtors. I also have many certifications in Real Estate such as CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and NHS (New Home Specialist). I am also a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), MAR (Massachusetts Association of Realtors), GREB (The Greater Boston Real Estate Board) and REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council). I have been working mainly in the Greater Boston Area and suburbs for over 15 yrs and teaching first time home buyer seminars for MAHA (Massachusetts Housing Alliance). I have always been a people orientated person. As a young man growing up in Boston, Massachusetts I have made and still maintain lifelong relationships/friendships. I’ve also participated in various local organizations such as the Youth Enrichment Services (Board of Trustee), Mattapan Patriots (football), Boston Neighborhood Basketball League (BNBL), Roxbury Boys Club (swim team), Mattahunt Community (swim team), Home for Little Wanders, Toys for Tots, Easter Seals and ACRON etc. I have also worked in the community with local establishments as well as volunteered at them. I am very loyal, charismatic and hardworking man who has his feet and heart firmly planted. My enviable ability, desire and willingness to help resurrect the community are a wonderful testament. In the early 90’s I was in charge of the REO’s and the Insurance Companies properties for the Dewolfe Companies in the Greater Boston Areas. This gave me an opportunity to do hundreds of BPO for many lending Institutions across the country.
