Massachusetts Home Sales Prices Continue to Surge

The Bay State logged 5,941 home sales in July, its highest monthly total in seven years. According to real estate concern The Warren Group, July’s activity marked an 18 percent increase over the 5,014 home sales recorded in Massachusetts in July 2012.
